Anzac Day Tours

I had the pleasure of completing the Thai-Burma railway with Historic war tours. it was an unforgettable experience, the work that John, Sam & Dan put into the trip was excellent! The food, Accommodation, the sites were simply amazing! The highlight of the trip for me was the Dawn Service at Hellfire Pass it was very surreal! if the other tours are anything like this one I'll be re-booking with John & the team again.

This was without a doubt the best travel experience I've ever had in more than 30 years of travelling overseas. My family and I did the ANZAC 3 day tour in Thailand around sites significant to the Thai Burma railway and we are so glad to have done it with Historic War Tours. Their knowledge was incredible and the sites visited and experiences along the way were very comprehensive. My husband’s mobility issues were catered for and adjustments made that kept us included with all of the other guests. Could not recommend Historic War Tours more highly. My sister & I joined the three-day Thailand Burma Railway tour for Anzac Day 2023 and it was phenomenal! John, Dan & Sam organised the best tour ever! The bus driver was amazing, Sam the tour guide was excellent. The accommodation was absolutely breathtaking and the meals were so good.

So much effort was put into the organising of this tour and the price for everything that is included is outstanding! I am hopeful to join again sometime. We had the best time ever, loved every minute!!

We took part in the 2023 ANZAC Tour - Burma-Thailand Railway. John and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and information and this was offered freely to everyone on the tour. John, Dan and Samantha could not do enough to help people on the tour (this was before and during the tour).

The tour included a good mix of sites of interest to visit during the 3 day 2 nights and allowed ample time at each venue for people to explore. The accommodation and food options offered was second to none. Well done to all involved in organising. We thoroughly recommend this tour to everyone.
